The website only collects information you type into one of its forms:

• Contact form and call requests: your name, email, and anything else you choose to add, such as your phone number, business name, type of business, message, the service you're interested in and good times for a call.
• Free business health check: your answers and scores stay in your browser unless you send them to me using the form on the results page. If you do, I receive your answers and scores along with your contact details.

Like most websites, the hosting service may automatically record basic technical details, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working.

The site counts visits with its own privacy-friendly analytics. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and no personal data is collected. Visitors are counted with an anonymous code that changes every day. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, your visit isn't counted at all.

The site sets one small first-party cookie that remembers how you first found it (for example, “from Google” or the campaign on a flyer link) and the first page you saw. If you later send me a message, that tells me which marketing worked. It contains nothing personal and expires after 90 days.

I use your information only to reply to you, set up a call if you'd like one, and provide the services you ask for. If you become a client, I also use it to manage our work together and send quotes and invoices.

I never sell, rent or trade your information. I don't share it with anyone except the trusted services that help me run this website and my business (such as web hosting, secure data storage and email), and only as needed for them to do that job, or if the law requires it.

Your information is stored securely with reputable providers, and access is limited to me. I keep it only as long as needed to help you and to maintain normal business records.

You can ask me to show you, correct or delete the information I have about you at any time. Just email martorellmomentum@gmail.com and I'll take care of it promptly.
