3-Month Turnaround

Hands-on help inside your business for three months.

For owners who want more than a report. I work inside your business twice a week for three months: first watching how things really run, then making changes with you and your team, then getting your books and pricing in shape so the improvements last.

    The prices on this page are where each service begins. The final price depends on the size of your business and how much ground we cover.

  • A firm quote after a free intro

    We start with a free conversation by email and, if helpful, a Google Meet call. Then I send a written quote with the scope, timeline and price before any work begins.

  • Monthly support, if you want it

    After a checkup, tune-up or turnaround, Momentum Coaching keeps me in your corner, starting at $500 per month (month to month). It's there if you want it, never required.

The process

From first email to a plan you can use

  1. Step 1

    Send me an email

    Tell me a little about your business and what's on your mind. The intro is free and I'll reply within one business day. If it helps, we'll set up a short Google Meet call.

  2. Step 2

    I visit your business

    I spend time on-site during real business hours, look through your numbers and talk with you (and your team, if you'd like). Rough records are fine.

  3. Step 3

    You get a written plan

    A scorecard of how each part of your business is doing, plus a short list of actions ranked by dollar impact: what to fix first and what it's worth.

  4. Step 4

    We follow through

    We walk through the plan together and I check in to keep things moving. If you'd like ongoing support, I can stay on monthly to keep the plan on track.

Which service should I start with?

If you're not sure where the problem is, the Business Checkup is the best place to start because it looks at the whole business. If you already know the issue, like pricing or staffing, a focused tune-up may be all you need. We'll figure it out together during the free intro.

How often will you actually be at my business?
  • Business Checkup: 2 on-site visits (about 3 hours each) + a results meeting (about 15–18 hours of my time).
  • Profit & Pricing Tune-Up: 1 on-site visit (about 3 hours) + a working session on your numbers + a results meeting (about 10–12 hours of my time).

Why don't you list exact prices?

A ten-seat café and a three-location salon need very different amounts of work. Starting prices give you an honest idea up front, and the written quote you get after our intro tells you exactly what you'll pay.

What do I need to prepare?

Nothing fancy. Whatever you have is fine: sales reports from your register or booking system, a list of monthly bills, your price list or menu and a typical staff schedule. If something is hard to pull together, we'll work with what you have.

Will you talk to my staff?

Only if you want me to. Short, friendly conversations with your team often uncover the best ideas, but you decide who I talk to and what we share.

Is my information kept private?

Always. Your numbers and plans are used only to help your business and are never shared with anyone else.

How quickly can we get started?
